Welcome to SaaSArchitect Kit. By purchasing, downloading, or using SaaSArchitect Kit ("Software" or "Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Product.

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, SaaSArchitect Kit grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to install, use, and modify the AI persona agents, technical skills, slash commands, and rule files contained in the Product.

Individual License: Permits one individual developer to use the Product across personal, open-source, and commercial client projects.
Commercial Rights: You retain 100% ownership of any software, web applications, or codebase created using SaaSArchitect Kit. No royalties are owed.

2. Restrictions & Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

Resell, redistribute, license, share, or make available the raw SaaSArchitect Kit files (including `.claude/`, `.cursor/rules/`, `.windsurfrules`, or `bin/install.js`) as a standalone product or template bundle.
Upload the raw unencrypted Product repository to public file-sharing platforms or public marketplaces.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

SaaSArchitect Kit is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Artificial intelligence tools and LLM behavior may vary over time. The author does not warrant that AI outputs generated using this kit will be error-free or uninterrupted.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the author or SaaSArchitect Kit be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenue arising out of or related to your use of the Product.

5. Refund Policy (No Refunds)

Because SaaSArchitect Kit is an instantly delivered digital download providing full access to all source code files, agents, skills, and configuration rules upon purchase, all sales are strictly final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Please review the documentation, video previews, and skill teasers on our website before purchasing.

6. Unofficial Product Notice

SaaSArchitect Kit is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic PBC (Claude Code), Anysphere Inc. (Cursor), or Codeium Inc. (Windsurf). All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
